Step 1 Easily book an appointment through the website by clicking the WhatsApp icon. We request essential details about your pet, including breed, size, and any specific grooming requirements.

Step 2 To ensure complete satisfaction, the groomer initiates a comprehensive consultation with the customer. They discuss the customer's specific grooming preferences, address any concerns, and take note of special instructions for the pet's care. You will be sent a secure payment link to your mobile number. Once received you will be booked in.

Luxe Grooming Treatments
Book NowStep 3 It's Groom time. The groomer expertly evaluates your pet at beginning of each grooming session. A wide range of services such as bathing, brushing, hair trimming or styling, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and dental hygiene are available. The groomer reviews your preferences and notes, while considering the pet's individual needs and temperament.
Times vary on each dog and service. We will not rush any groom and work at the pets pace. We will text 30 minutes before the end of the appointment for you to come and collect your dog. Due to us being a 1 to 1 groomer we have late collection and drop off fee of £15.
